From www.sakura-rod.co.jp :
"It might take time to get used to this extra mild action of 6:4; however, once you master it, this rod will introduce you a new conception of Tenkara fishing. This rod enables smooth shots with its Tenkara fly lightly landing on surface water-just as the original meaning of “Tenkara 天から” (Descending down from the sky). When you get a bite, fine but well-balanced rod power provides you perfect strikes and sensitive fights. One fish by one fish, in this way, the taste of fishing may get more sophisticated. Luxurious natural paulownia wood grip fits nicely with wet hands; moreover, more sensitive than cork grips." This native Japanese tenkara rod also reviewed by Adam at www.tenkara-fisher.com .
